will be posted by the unique code you submitted to the instructor.
If you did not supply a code, then your grade will not be posted online.
READ BEFORE YOU CHECK FOR YOUR GRADE
If your code is not posted on the grade sheet, it is because of on of the following reasons:
- you did not turn- in a code
- I could not read your writing on the form you turned-in
- the code you turned in was your UIN or a number
that looked like it could be your SS# or T#
- your code contained your name or a portion of your name

Complete and turn-in to the instructor a signed Signature Verification Form
