HORTICULTURE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE LABORATORY The Horticulture Science and Practice Laboratory (HORT 202, 1credit hour) is an undergraduate course offered by the Department of Horticultural Sciences at Texas A&M University every spring and fall semester. HORT 202 is the lab which accompanies HORT 201, Horticulture Science and Practice, but is a separate course. The overall goal of the laboratory is to expose students to practices and techniques utilized in all areas of horticulture. Some lab exercises will consist of horticultural experimentation, while others will consist of demonstrations, identification and tours.
