Learning How to Put on a Cochon de Lait
I learned how to roast a pig from my late brother-in-law Ronnie Nezat.  Below are pictures of one of those early cochon de laits at Ronnie's hunting camp on the banks of the Atchafalaya River.

The pig is sandwiched between wire mesh and suspended from a rotisserie attached to an old swing set.  The tin is framed around the swing set.
